2011 Changes for Federal Skilled Worker Program

Canadian Government is going to announce the changes in the policy for Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) category of Canadian Immigration. Some bits of the new policy have been published but the full policy would be announced by July 1, 2011. The new policy would be accompanied by the new eligible occupations list for Federal skilled worker category.
The Canadian government has announced that the current occupations list will remain same for 2011-2012 immigration year. So the new list of occupations is same as the previous one holding 29 occupations. There have been changes made regarding the number of applications invited for processing.

This post will be updated with the new policy, once it has been announced by the Canadian government. We will try to keep it as updated as possible for your ease.

The New Occupations List for Canadian Immigration (FSW) 2011

In a press release the Canadian government announced that the list of occupations has not been changed and for 2011-2012 period the same list of occupations will be used, which was announced on 26 June 2010.
